Terms In Listing

Exclusive Listing

The exclusive listing agreement between the vendor and the property agent runs within the agreed period.

Sole Agent

The difference is that although the appointed property agent is sole, the vendor or property owner still has the right to sell his own property without going through the official property agent.

Open Listing

Another term in the listing process is open listing. If translated into Indonesian, open listing means an open listing. This means that all property agents have the right to sell the property listing. All agents personally or whose names are registered in one property agent’s office can market the sale of the property. This listing is also not bound by any agreement with the vendor or property owner.
